I have been working and investing in the New Zealand real estate sector for most of my working career. I am passionate about property, innovation and adopting new real estate technology that allows the buyer and seller journey to be as streamlined and pain free as possible. The Real Estate industry is traditionally an archaic one, which is why we seek out digitally focused companies to partner with who are developing new tools to improve the real estate experience. This achieves better results for vendors and purchasers alike.
I regularly help people understand how to read the property market and make considered investment decisions. Property investing is not an emotional process, it’s a learned one where good investors make financial decisions based on the numbers and the reliance on the experts around them.

In April of 2023 I was engaged as an external contractor in an advisory capacity to the Finance and Property teams at the University of Canterbury. The purpose of this work was to assist the University of Canterbury in creating a strategic plan to develop land already owned by the University into multi-unit housing. This was to address the school's growing lack of accomodation.

Since 2014 I have held the highest category of license available for residential real estate licensees in New Zealand. An Agents license allows for an individual to carry out real estate work on their own or in a partnership, as well as allowing the same roles as lower license classes (salesperson and branch manager).
