We've spent over three decades curating our process for working with investors who want to purchase investment property. It doesn't matter if you're a first time investor or this is purchase number ten, our process is relevant and will be beneficial for you. Our core belief is that it is necessary to remove emotion from the equation when making a decision about investment property.

Discovery Call
We will get to know you and understand your current financial position and goals. This is important, we look at not only what you want to achieve now and in ten years time, but also what you'll be comfortable with overtime. What sets us apart is unpacking your appetite for risk at this stage. It is important to use your current financial position to decide the best investment strategy for you, but also what level of risk and reward you will be comfortable with.
Investment Proposal
Taking what we learn from meeting you and the results of your Risk Profile Score, we will provide you with a comprehensive investment strategy proposal in the form of a report. In this report we lay out your current finances, recommended investment strategy and suggested property pairings. We will create an acquisition plan going forwards that we work with you to achieve. We will reengage with you when it is time for your next purchase.


Next Steps
Once we've gone through the process and secured you a suitable investment property or made a plan towards your first/next purchase if buying now isn't an option for you, then its all about looking forward. We work with our clients to plan and curate their property portfolios, not just one off purchases without a plan. So when you've got a plan, its all about working towards achieving the next step towards your end goal. We will work with you over the necessary period of time to realise your property investment goals.
